At Bodymod, I led the redesign of a worldwide e-commerce platform, focusing on improving the customer experience, refreshing the visual identity, and creating a more consistent journey across all digital touchpoints, contributing to business growth across multiple metrics, including revenue, user retention, and drop-off rates.









(Approach)
My main focus during the website redesign was building a scalable design system and reusable assets shared across Product and Marketing teams. This approach helped streamline workflows and speed up the process of testing and releasing new features.
Throughout the redesign process, I followed e-commerce best practices and used usability testing together with customer behaviour insights to improve the overall customer experience and refine key user journeys.
